Forge Mask

The Forge Mask is headgear in the Splatoon series.

It is a 1-star item produced by Forge and comes with the primary ability Cold-Blooded. It can be purchased from Headspace for  1,400 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for  3,500.

Appearance

The Forge Mask is a mask that covers the wearers face from the nose down. It changes color to a darker shade of the wearer's ink. Forge's name is printed across the front in large white Inkling letters. The interior of the mask is dark gray and there is a series of small holes over the wearer's nose and mouth.

Abilities

The Forge Mask comes with Cold-Blooded as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Headgear. As a 1-star item, the Forge Mask comes with one additional slot for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail for each slot. Since it is made by the Forge gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Special Power Up and a lower chance of rolling Ink Saver (Sub) to fill its secondary ability slot.
