The Kensa Coat is a piece of clothing in the Splatoon series.
It is a 3-star item produced by Toni Kensa and comes with the primary ability Respawn Punisher. It can be purchased from Ye Olde Cloth Shoppe for 9,200 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for 13,800.
Appearance
The Kensa Coat is a black, cloth, long-sleeved jacket with a collar and buttons. On the left breast is the Toni Kensa name in white. On the left sleeve is a red pin with the Toni Kensa on it. On the back there is the stylized complete name of the brand and possibly a slogan. Two strings at the end of the jacket can be used to adjust the jacket (not an in-game function).
Splatoon 2
Abilities
The Kensa Coat comes with Respawn Punisher as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch, which, being exclusive to the main slot of Clothing, prevents the wearer from also having Ability Doubler, Haunt, Ninja Squid, or Thermal Ink. When purchased from SplatNet 2, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Clothing (with the exception of Ability Doubler). As a 3-star item, the Kensa Coat comes with three additional slots for secondary abilities. Since it is made by the Toni Kensa gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Main Power Up and a lower chance of rolling Sub Power Up to fill its secondary ability slots.
