The Kettle for this mission can be found on a platform in the near right corner of Beaker's Lookout. To get to it, Find a block with a Propeller. While Riding the block, look to the right to see many purple banners. Between the 2nd and 3rd banner, there is a Grapellink. Use the Grapellink and take a left to find the Kettle

Location: In the area with 4 towers and 2 Flooders, use the Grapplink to get on top of a Flooder. Lead it to the northeast tower, on top of the tower is the scroll.

Location: At the Inkswitch on the wall that triggers 4 platforms, hit it and get to the second platform, when you are in the clear to ink it again. Then, as you hit the maximum, climb the rest of the platforms as fast as you can. Keep to the left to access the platform, and on top is a crate with the Sardinium.
to charge it up, then release the button to unleash a fat stream of ink!
