Details

The Splatfest theme was the video games series Pokémon. Participants chose between the video games Pokémon Red and Pokémon Blue. A Pokémon Red vs. Pokémon Green Splatfest was held for Japan around the same time.

For North America, the three stages selected for this Splatfest were Blackbelly Skatepark, Camp Triggerfish, and Ancho-V Games.

• Pokémon Red vs. Pokémon Blue had the biggest point difference of any North American Splatfest in Splatoon, with a difference of 98 points.
  • The Japenese counterpart, Pokémon Red vs. Pokémon Green, also had the biggest point difference of any Splatfest in Splatoon, with a 146 point difference. It also had the highest win rate with 64%.
