It can be purchased from Lua error in Module:Shop at line 47: attempt to index field '?' (a nil value). for Cash and from Lua error in Module:Shop at line 47: attempt to index field '?' (a nil value). for Cash or from SplatNet 2 for Cash.
Appearance
The Pearl Tee is a dark blue, short-sleeved shirt. It is covered in a white polka-dot pattern consisting of circles and scallop shells, which is fitting given its brand. On the back just below the collar is a small yellow label, the contents of which are too small to make out.

Ink Saver (Sub) as a main ability.
