They are a 3-star item produced by Skalop and come with the primary ability Main Power Up.
They can be purchased from Headspace for 
9,500 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for 14,250.
Appearance
The Do-Rag, Cap, & Glasses are a white baseball cap worn backwards and at a slight angle over a do-rag bandanna that changes color to match that of the wearer's ink, accompanied by black sunglasses. The front side of the cap has a white Skalop logo on the bottom right corner, and the back side has a gold and black Skalop colored sticker on the bill of the Cap, and an stitched logo on the crown of the Cap which closely resembles the Nintendo Logo.

Abilities
The Do-Rag, Cap & Glasses come with Main Power Up as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, they come with any other primary ability normally available to Headgear. As a 3-star item, the Do-Rag, Cap & Glasses come with three additional slots for secondary abilities. Since they are made by the Skalop gear brand, they have a higher chance of rolling Quick Respawn and a lower chance of rolling Special Saver to fill their secondary ability slots.

- The Do-Rag, Cap, & Glasses had been in the games files since the original release, but was not made available until version 3.0.0. Prior to its release, it was shown on Crusty Sean's head.
