Drizzle Season 2023 is the next season of Splatoon 3. The season begins on 1 September 2023.

Catalog

A new catalog for this season was added. Like in previous seasons, all content included in this catalog was available from the start until the end of the season. Titles, Tableturf Battle cards, food and drink tickets, and banners given are random unless specifically shown.

This catalog features a re-run of gear items previously seen in the Drizzle Season 2022 catalog.

Weapons

Two new weapons have been announced:

• Dread Wringer, with Suction Bomb and Reefslider.
• Heavy Edit Splatling, with Curling Bomb and Tacticooler.

Eight new weapon variants have been announced:

• Gold Dynamo Roller, with an unknown sub and Super Chump.
• Octobrush Nouveau, with an unknown sub and Ink Storm.
• Sloshing Machine Neo
• Custom Goo Tuber, with Fizzy Bomb and Ultra Stamp
• Bloblobber Deco, with Angle Shooter and an unknown special.
• Ballpoint Splatling Nouveau
• Sorella Brella, with Autobomb and Inkjet.
• Tri-Stringer Collab, with Sprinkler and Super Chump.

A new Grizzco weapon will also be available.

Gear

New gear

16 new pieces of gear have been added with Drizzle Season 2023.

• A swimming cap with swimming goggles;
• Gray square-shaped headphones;
• A knitted bucket hat;
• A black version of Home-Team Catcher with yellow text on the front;
• A cap with a head flashlight;
• An orange T-shirt with a black print;
• A black T-shirt with a green print;
• A black version of Barazushi Wrap;
• A white T-shirt with a net shirt on top by Enperry;
• A green hoodie;
• A white T-shirt with black sleeves;
• White sneakers with red side pattern and pale yellow sole;
• Black and white sneakers with blue side pattern;
• A red version of Blu-Shift Moto Boots;
• Black and white sneakers-like sandals;
• Dark green version of Arctic Duck Boots.

Returning gear

The following Salmon Run gear made a return as purchasable gear rewards in Salmon Run Next Wave:

Stages

• Two new stages, Crableg Capital and Shipshape Cargo Co.
• Salmonid Smokeyard returns for Salmon Run Next Wave.

Events

Unusually, Drizzle Season 2023 will feature both a Big Run and a Splatfest event in the same month.

Big Run

Other

• A new band and music:
  • H2Whoa, a new band
  • Ripstop & Go, a new song by H2Whoa
• Players are now able to "adjust" certain gear, such as caps by flipping them backwards or wearing an oversized version of a tee.
• 3 new work suits will be available.

• This is the first season to introduce two brand-new stages.
• This is the first season (barring Drizzle Season 2022) not to include any new Shooter class weapons.
