Defense Up in Splatoon and 
Bomb Defense Up in Splatoon 2.
It can be purchased from Lua error in Module:Shop at line 47: attempt to index field '?' (a nil value). and Lua error in Module:Shop at line 47: attempt to index field '?' (a nil value). for File:9,000 Icon Cash.png or from SplatNet 2 for File:13,500 Icon Cash.png.
Appearance
The Retro Sweat is a dull pink pullover sweatshirt. On the front is a simple black line drawing of Judd, with the Inkling text from the [[File:SquidForce_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] below it, also black.

Abilities
The Retro Sweat comes with Defense Up as the primary ability. As a 3-star item, the Retro Sweat comes with three additional slots for secondary abilities. Since it is made by the SquidForce gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Damage Up and a lower chance of rolling Ink Saver (Main) to fill its secondary ability slots.
Splatoon 2
Abilities
The Retro Sweat comes with Bomb Defense Up as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Clothing (with the exception of Ability Doubler). As a 3-star item, the Retro Sweat comes with three additional slots for secondary abilities. Since it is made by the SquidForce gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Ink Resistance Up and a lower chance of rolling Ink Saver (Main) to fill its secondary ability slots.
