The Cycling Cap is headgear in Splatoon and Splatoon 2. It is a 1-star item produced by [[File:Zink_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]], In Splatoon the main ability is Bomb Range Up and in Splatoon 2 it is Sub Power Up.

It can be purchased from for File:800 Icon Cash.png and for File:800 Icon Cash.png, or from SplatNet 2 for File:2,000 Icon Cash.png.

Appearance

The Cycling Cap is a short-brimmed hat that is primarily dark blue. It has a thick stripe down the middle and a small crown-like symbol next to it that both change color to match that of the wearer's ink. On the left side is the text from the [[File:Zink_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] logo in white as well as on the underside of the brim, which is flipped up.

The Cycling Cap comes with Bomb Range Up as the primary ability. As a 1-star item, the Cycling Cap comes with one additional slot for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since it is made by the Zink gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Quick Super Jump and a lower chance of rolling Quick Respawn to fill its secondary ability slot.
