The Black Anchor Tee is a piece of clothing in the Splatoon series.
In Splatoon, it is a 2-star item produced by SquidForce and comes with the primary ability Recon.
It can be purchased from Jelly Fresh for 
2,800.
In Splatoon 2, it is a 2-star item produced by SquidForce and comes with the primary ability Respawn Punisher.
It can be purchased from Ye Olde Cloth Shoppe for 
2,800 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for 5,600.
Appearance
The Black Anchor Tee is a short-sleeved black shirt. On the front is a large, black and white crest with an anchor design, and on the bottom is a small blue tag with a tiny white anchor on it. On the back of the shirt is the symbol for Ranked Battles, with some white Inkling text below it.
Splatoon
Abilities
The Black Anchor Tee comes with Recon as the primary ability, which, being exclusive to the main slot of Clothing, prevents the wearer from also having Cold-Blooded, Haunt, or Ninja Squid. As a 2-star item, the Black Anchor Tee comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since it is made by the SquidForce gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Damage Up and a lower chance of rolling Ink Saver (Main) to fill its secondary ability slots.

The Black Anchor Tee comes with Respawn Punisher as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch, which, being exclusive to the main slot of Clothing, prevents the wearer from also having Ability Doubler, Haunt, Ninja Squid, or Thermal Ink. When purchased from SplatNet 2, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Clothing (with the exception of Ability Doubler). As a 2-star item, the Black Anchor Tee comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail for each slot.
