Soccer Headband

The Soccer Headband^(NA), or Football Headband^(EU/OC), is headgear in Splatoon and Splatoon 2. It is a 3-star item in Splatoon, 2-star in Splatoon 2, and is produced by [[File:Tentatek_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]], and comes with the main ability Tenacity.

It can be purchased from for File:8,000 Icon Cash.png, from for File:3,000 Icon Cash.png, or from SplatNet 2 for File:6,000 Icon Cash.png.

Appearance

The Soccer Headband is a thin athletic headband loosely based on the wearer's Ink color. [[File:Tentatek_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]]'s name in Inkling text is repeated around the length of the band, punctuated by the "squideye" of the Tentatek logo, both white. The headband is cinched in the back with a black fastener also in the "squideye" shape.

The Soccer Headband comes with Tenacity as the primary ability, which, being exclusive to the main slot of Headgear, prevents the wearer from also having Comeback, Last-Ditch Effort, or Opening Gambit. As a 2-star item, the Soccer Headband comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since it is made by the Tentatek gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Ink Recovery Up and a lower chance of rolling Quick Super Jump to fill its secondary ability slots.
