Anchor Sweat

The Anchor Sweat is a piece of clothing in the Splatoon series.

In Splatoon, it is a 2-star item produced by SquidForce and comes with the primary ability Cold Blooded. It can be purchased from Jelly Fresh for  3,000.

In Splatoon 2, it is a 2-star item produced by SquidForce and comes with the primary ability Main Power Up. It can be purchased from Ye Olde Cloth Shoppe for  2,800 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for  5,600.

In Splatoon 3, it is a 1-star item produced by SquidForce and comes with the primary ability Intensify Action. It can be purchased from Man-o'-Wardrobe for  2,800.

Appearance

The Anchor Sweat is a gray pullover sweatshirt with an anchor design on the front printed in a very light gray. Below the anchor is the Inkling text from SquidForce's logo, and on the back is more Inkling text, also light gray.

Splatoon

Abilities

The Anchor Sweat comes with Cold Blooded as the primary ability. As a 2-star item, the Anchor Sweat comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since it is made by the SquidForce gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Damage Up and a lower chance of rolling Ink Saver (Main) to fill its secondary ability slots.

Splatoon 2

Abilities

The Anchor Sweat comes with Main Power Up as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Clothing (with the exception of Ability Doubler). As a 2-star item, the Anchor Sweat comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail for each slot. Since it is made by the SquidForce gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Ink Resistance Up and a lower chance of rolling Ink Saver (Main) to fill its secondary ability slots.

Splatoon 3

Abilities

The Anchor Sweat comes with Intensify Action as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 3, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Clothing (with the exception of Ability Doubler). As a 1-star item, the Anchor Sweat comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities. The star level may be increased with Super Sea Snails for 1 (first), 1 (second), 5 (third), 10 (fourth), or 20 (fifth) Super Sea Snails per star, or by purchasing additional copies of it from Man-o'-Wardrobe for 10,000 (first), 30,000 (second), 50,000 (third), 100,000 (fourth), or 200,000 (fifth) Cash per star. Increasing the star level to 2 stars will add another secondary ability slot for a total of three slots. Increasing the star level beyond 2 stars will increase the gear experience gained by a cumulative 3.333…% up to 10% additional experience at 5-star level. Since it is made by the SquidForce gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Ink Resistance Up and a lower chance of rolling Ink Saver (Main) to fill its secondary ability slot.
