Ink Fast, Hotshot is the 40th level in Splatoon 3's story mode, Return of the Mammalians.

Description

This mission consists of a series of challenges in which the player must pop all target balloons before they escape while avoiding fail balloons. If they pop a fail balloon or let a target balloon escape, they will fail the mission. Each challenge will begin when and only when the player steps on the corresponding switch.

Etymology

The phrase "Ink Fast' is a reference to the phrase "think fast' generally said by children throwing things at each other while inattentive.
