StrategyWiki has an article about:
The Enemy Ink Is Lava!
In this mission, you must reach the goal within the time limit without touching enemy ink. To test your resourcefulness, your ability to refill your ink tank will be restricted.
O.R.C.A. describing the stage

The Enemy Ink Is Lava! is the 60th level in Splatoon 3's story mode, Return of the Mammalians.

To reach the goal, the player must carefully use Curling Bombs to navigate through a series of obstacle courses covered in enemy ink. The player cannot refill their ink tank except via the provided ink cartridges, limiting them to a single Curling Bomb per section. If the player takes any damage from enemy ink, they will be splatted by O.R.C.A.

Now just follow the path the bomb made.

That's that. Better get going!
That twirling wall is annoying...
Never doubted you for a minute!
Hey, there's the end!
That was amazing!

Agent 2's Quotes

Whatever you do, don't touch the bad guys' ink. You're gonna need to use the Curling Bomb to move.
Careful! If you hold and charge a Curling Bomb, it'll get bigger, but it won't travel as far.
If you gotta cancel out of a Curling Bomb, transform by hitting , then let go of .
There's the end, but...look at that mess!
Really gotta time the throw here, huh...
Can we use those moving thingies somehow?
Almost there. You got this!
Not bad!

O.R.C.A.'s Quotes

Mission...failed. You touched the enemy's ink.

This mission's English name is a reference to the game "the floor is lava", where players imagine that the ground is lava and need to use other objects in the game area to avoid touching the ground. If they touch the floor, they lose the game. The said game has also become an Internet meme.
