Shooter on Rails is the 52nd level in Splatoon 3's story mode, Return of the Mammalians.
Description
The player must activate small Splat-Switches located on walls while riding on ride rails in order to progress. There are several checkpoints in this level. In the last section, the player loops around a tower indefinitely until they either activate all the switches or fall off the rails.
Trivia
- The title of this stage is a reference to the genre of video game, On-Rail Shooters
- If the player misses the targets near the end of the stage and has to loop back around, Callie will say "One! More! Tiime!" This may be a reference to the Daft Punk song of the same name, considering the music for the stage is very reminiscent of the group's music.
