The Stealth Goggles are headgear in the Splatoon series.

In Splatoon, they are a 3-star item produced by Forge and come with the primary ability Swim Speed Up. They can be purchased from Cooler Heads for Cash 9,800.

In Splatoon 2, they are a 3-star item produced by Forge and come with the primary ability Swim Speed Up. They can be purchased from Headspace for Cash 9,800 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for Cash 14,700.

In Splatoon 3, they are a 2-star item produced by Forge and come with the primary ability Swim Speed Up. They can be purchased from Naut Couture for Cash 9,800.

Appearance

The Stealth Goggles are a pair of night-vision goggles which consist of a front-mounted black dual scope with green lenses in front of a pair of goggles with a single orange lens and olive-colored rims. They are worn with a modern military helmet with a subtle camouflage pattern that changes to match the color of the wearer's Ink and a dark brown chinstrap keeping it in place. On the back of the helmet are three subtle marks that somewhat resemble a face with closed eyes.

Equipping the Stealth Goggles appears to remove the wearer's eyes. This can be seen if looked closely enough at the right angle.

Trivia

  • The Stealth Goggles had been in the data files of Splatoon since the original release and were seen in Sunken Scroll 18, but were not made available until Version 2.0.0. Prior to their addition, the helmet was flatter and the icon used the green version instead of blue.
