Appearance
The Armor Jacket Replica is a thick down jacket with a large collar, originally worn as actual armor in Octo Valley. It is black on the sleeves and the upper portion, but a vivid green from the armpits down. On the elbows and the left side of the chest are subtle dot patterns that change color to match that of the wearer's ink. There is also a small set of fishing lures hanging from the wearer's waist, the purpose of which is according to The Art of Splatoon, a lure designed to attract the opposite sex.

Trivia
- The original Armor Jacket used in Octo Valley would protect the player from being splatted by enemies, but as a replica, this offers no such protection. The same applies to the Null Armor Replica in Splatoon 2.
- Goggles from the Splatoon manga wears this.
- According to The Art of Splatoon, the Armor Jacket is filled with crab bubbles, as it is lightweight and preserves body heat.
- Due to it originally being unlocked by other means in Splatoon, The Armor Jacket Replica is not made by amiibo, but Cuttlegear, despite being unlocked from the Marie amiibo in Splatoon 2 and Splatoon 3. This is shared with the rest of the gear rewarded with the Squid Sisters amiibo.
