Blobby Octotrooper

Template:InfoboxCharacter Blobby Octotroopers are a type of Octarian enemy that appear in Splatoon 2, Octo Expansion and Splatoon 3.

Description

Blobby Octotroopers are variants of the Octotrooper. They are identical in appearance to regular Octotroopers, but ride a differently designed vehicle with red ends, glass sides that reveal several pre-made balls of ink, and curved sides - resembling a gumball machine. Instead of the standard Octotrooper projectile of having a single glob of ink float through the air, the Blobby Octotrooper fires a two-shot burst of bouncing projectiles that roll across the ground, making them dangerous in open stretches of ground but harmless if across a gap.

In the Octo Expansion, the appearance of the vehicle has been altered. The vehicle has blue edges, and yellow opaque plastic sides with grooves.
