The new Agent 3 is the codename given to the player character of Splatoon 3 by the New Squidbeak Splatoon in Alterna.
Appearance
Agent 3 can have a variety of appearances, depending on the player's choice of style, skin color, eye color, and hairstyle. They wear a new version of the Hero Suit, of which two types, each equipped for different situations, have been confirmed so far. Although having different appearances, both versions of the suit feature a backpack to store the little buddy.
Description
This Inkling and their little buddy are scrap hunters from the Splatlands. After they met the New Squidbeak Splatoon, they were inducted as the new Agent 3 in the continued fight against the evil Octarians.

• In the art, agent 3’s ribs can be seen. They definitely live in the desert and implies that the reason they play turf war is to earn money- as in the game you earn battle cash
•they don’t seem to mind the cold- most characters don’t because in hero mode they seem underdressed, possibly due to being used to desert climate.
