Coccyx Phase is the first stage in Octo Expansion's finale.
Gameplay
The player must guide Agent 8 past a series of Sanitized Octarians without being seen, as the player has no weapon. If seen by a Sanitized Octarian, the player will be quickly surrounded by enemies and must escape immediately.
