Checkpoint 1
The first checkpoint is located on a small platform with a launchpad that leads to the second checkpoint.
Checkpoint 2
The second checkpoint is located on a platform with a path that leads down a dead-end. On the other side, there is a stack of Sanitized Octostamp DXs which have to be provoked to make them fall over. When they are fallen over, they can be inked and used as a bridge to cross the gap. The third checkpoint is on the other side.
Checkpoint 3
A ride rail has to be activated which moves past a row of Octostamp DXs and loops around to the next platform. There is another gap that has to be crossed using the Octostamp DXs. Provoke the Octostamp DX on the other side by throwing a bomb, then use it as a bridge when it is fallen over. The next platform leads to a grate which has to be jumped from to reach the fourth checkpoint on a platform below. There are three Squid Rings to be collected when falling.
Checkpoint 4
The path leads to a Bounce Pad which can be used to jump on a square platform with a stack of three Octostamp DXs. They have to be inked and then have to be climbed to reach another Bounce Pad when they are fallen over. The Bounce Pad can be used to reach a ride rail which eventually leads to the fifth and final checkpoint.
Final checkpoint
Another Octostamp DX has to be provoked to reveal a Balloon Fish which has to be used to make a series of other Balloon Fish explode causing other stacks of Octostamp DXs to fall over. These have to be climbed and swum over to reach the goal.

Trivia
- Stamped Up Station was revealed before the Octo Expansion was released.
- This station has payphones, telephone cards, and telephone books floating around in the background. These green payphones specifically are ones found in Japan and are maintained by Nippon Telegraph and Telephone.
Etymology
The subtitle, "Stamp - collaborate and glisten!", is a reference to the line "stop - collaborate and listen" from the song Ice Ice Baby.

Translation notes
- ↑ A pun on "Engacho", a word said with crossed fingers to call someone to be avoided as "dirty".
- ↑ 2.0 2.1 2.2 Alludes to the payphones in the level.
- ↑ "Falleri, Fallera" is a funny sentence meaning nothing. It is usually used to fill in the gaps in songs. Both of the words contain the word "fall".
- ↑ Comes from "stemp" (stamps; from to stamp) and "-itz", a suffix found in certain German city and district names.
- ↑ A reference to a 1990s Russian mint candies commercial, the slogan of which is "Fresh breath eases understanding".
