This song is played in a cutscene where the Telephone assembles thangs into a giant blender, promising to transport Agent 8 and Cap'n Cuttlefish to the "promised land", when in reality it tricks them into stepping inside the blender to liquefy them.
In the Octotune, it's merged with Agent 3 Appears to create one music file called Completion.
