The Marching Andante is a Jelleton enemy in Splatoon 3: Side Order. They are the most basic type of Jelleton, using melee attacks and inking ground.

Appearance

The Marching Andante is a mechanical fish mostly encased in black ink. They are internally white, except their red eyes which pop out of their sockets. They have a bony crest on their heads, and many other skeletal features.

Strategy

  • While being common enemies, Marching Andantes can pose a threat, especially in swarms.
  • They do not have much health, and can be defeated easily.

Quotes

The following text is quoted from the Jelleton Field Guide.

Acht

These can take a little more of a
beating. They'll paint over your
ink if you let them. So don't.
Marina
(1,000)
They're about as tough as the
practice targets you see around.
Does that help give you an idea
of what it takes to beat one?
Pearl
(3,000)
Getting mobbed by these punks
is bad news! Treat 'em like target
practice, Eight!
Conclusion
Just like slow, moving targets!
