Gameplay
The main objective is to destroy all the crates while riding a series of ride rails with Octowashers before timer runs out. If the timer runs out and the player has not yet destroyed all the crates, the player fails the test, making them restart.

Trivia
- The station title's "radical" is an eighties slang word meaning "cool" and the subtitle's "mondo" is a slang word meaning extreme in degree or nature. "Grindage" is a slang word for "snacks", while it also contains "grind", relating to ride rails.
- Radical Rails Station was revealed before the Octo Expansion was released.
- The Japanese name of this station is a pun on "Tsuppari", a type of delinquent youths. It was a Japanese slang term in the eighties.
- This station has Gayla Sky Spy kites floating around in the background. These kites of the Japanese brand Gayla were popular in the seventies.
- A05 Fake Plastic Station and B16 Pop Rock Station have these kites floating in the background as well.
