The title is a reference to the band Spin Doctors. The subtitle is a lyric from their most popular song, Two Princes.
The Japanese name of this station is a pun on "Choberiba" (very, very bad). It was a slang term in nineties Japanese.
Clothes hangers and clothespins can be found in the background of this level.
Some of the clothespins act like fish as they 'swim' through the air.
The Dutch name of this station alludes to these. "Wasknijper" (clothespin) is formed by the words "was" (laundry) and "knijpen" (to pinch).
The Latin American subtitle appears to be a reference to the Mexican series "El Chapulín Colorado" (The Red Grasshopper). One of the titular hero's catchphrases is "¡No contaban con mi astucia!" (They were not expecting my astuteness!)
