Duh-Oh Station is a mission in the Octo Expansion.

Gameplay
The player must get to the goal and defeat enemies along the way. In the first area, the player has to fight against Octopods. When the player defeats the first wave and moves forward, another wave appears. When the player defeats all of the Octopods, they can successfully get to the launchpad and go to the next area. When the player gets to the next area, they will have to fight against Deluxe Octocopters and Deluxe Octobombers. The player can either run to the launchpad without splatting all of the enemies, or defeat them all. When the player goes onto the launchpad and lands in the next area, they will get to the main platform by riding on a Ride rail. They will have to then defeat Octopods, Octotroopers, and Twintacle Octotroopers. They player has to either defeat only the needed enemies to get to the next launchpad, or defeat all of the enemies, like in the last area. If the player defeats all of the enemies, Power Egg capsules will appear and the player will be able to collect them. When the player goes onto the launchpad, they will arrive at the goal, and they can complete the station and get the Bisk Mem cake.

- The subtitle is a reference to the 2000 song Who Let the Dogs Out?, by Baha Men.
- The title is a reference to the The Simpsons. "D'oh" is Homer Simpson's catchphrase.
- The title might also be a reference to Scooby-Doo when he says "Ruh-oh!"
