King Salmonid
Template:InfoboxCharacter King Salmonids are enormous Salmonids that appear as bosses[1] in Salmon Run Next Wave in Splatoon 3.
Description
Unfortunately, because there is only one King Salmonid in the game right now it is impossible to outline any characteristics shared between them. But the one that is in the game, known as Cohozuna, resembles a giant, grotesquely obese Cohock, has two glowing bulging white eyes, chains around its neck, and a pair of pants with two belts. It has been described as "unfathomably terrifying" and "ginormous".[2][3] King Salmonids appear in an Xtrawave every once in a while after a shift finishes. The crew will need to defeat the King Salmonid within the time limit while fighting off other Boss Salmonids. It can be defeated by using the player’s main, sub, and special weapons. Additionally, any Golden Eggs collected during the Xtrawave can be used as a weapon against the King Salmonid.
