Walkthrough
Overview
The level is a series of segments that involve destroying all enemies. The first area pits the player up against numerous Octostamps and two Octobombers.
Then, Agent 8 is taken to an area with a higher ground with an Octocommander and two Octotroopers, while the lower area has Octotroopers and submerged Twintacle Octotroopers. A platforming segment with another Octocommander is just behind this area, where the Octocommander must be defeated to retrieve a key and Inkfurlers act as shields.
The final area consists of a large hill which can be tackled from either side. On the left side is completely inked with Octotroopers and a number of Octobombers acting as the obstacles. On this side, the player can collect a canned Splat Bomb Launcher The other side instead has Octotroopers and Rocket Twintacle Octotroopers, with Octocommanders as the top. The player here can collect a canned Bubble Blower. In the middle, the player can collect canned Tenta Missiles and Sting Rays. Agent 8 must defeat both sides.

Trivia
- The subtitle's "ten-four" is the American law enforcement brevity code for "roger" or "acknowledged", and "good buddy" is trucker radio jargon for a fellow trucker.
- The title has a double meaning; a station for the production and transmission of AM or FM radio broadcasts, and a place on a railway line with radios.
- The latter makes sense also because this station has old CB radio phones floating around in the background.
- Radio Station is the only mission in the Octo Expansion to use the Dapple Dualies.
