Overview

The stage is a Tower Control match on pre-Version 4.0.0 Starfish Mainstage against a team of Sanitized Octolings. Two Octolings use the Octo Shot and two use the Slosher. Two use the Sting Ray special weapon and two use the Splashdown. Unlike Rad Ride Station, no special is given near the launchpad that leads to the Tower.

Collectibles

Halfway there!

OE Icon Marina.png
Marina's Quotes

OK - all you gotta do is ride that tower all the way to the enemy goal!
You should head back to the tower, Agent 8!
— If the player charges straight for the enemy goal without riding on the Tower
It totally was. So much fun!
The arrow will point you to the tower!
It might be a good idea to retreat and regroup!
The goal is near - stay calm and keep moving!
One minute left!
You can jump to the tower from over there!

OE Icon Pearl.png
Pearl's Quotes

To the tower, Eight!
Hey! Where are you going? Get on that tower!
— If the player decides to go more than halfway to the goal without riding on the Tower
Ride on!
Man[,] wasn't our last concert the BEST?!
Watch out - enemies incoming!
Nothing wrong with clearing out the enemies first, though!
You got this!
You got this for real this time!
You can keep trying as many times as you want, as long as there's time on the clock.
We're cooked!
— When the timer reaches 3 seconds left

Trivia

  • Throughout the course of the stage, Pearl and Marina pause giving Agent 8 advice, in order to have a conversation about their last concert.
  • A quieter, simplified version of the song Blender Complete plays as the tower advances.

Translation notes

  1. Erroneously uses a compound with an incorrect word. "Fanfareoptocht" would be correct, meaning "fanfare parade"/"fanfare band parade".
  2. 2.0 2.1 A reference to a 1990s Russian Fairy brand dishwashing liquid commercial, the plot of which took the place in the fictional towns Villarriba and Villabajo. The main point of the commercial is that Villarriba town uses the Fairy brand dish soap, finishes their washing quickly, and can go celebrate. The Villabajo town uses a non-brand dish soap, takes longer to wash up, and cannot go celebrate since they are still washing. This reference is also in the Russian subtitle of Far-Out Station.
  3. Another reference to the Villarriba and Villabajo commercial. The word башня "bashnya" (tower) sounds similar to the second part of the word Villabajo. This reference is also used in the Russian name of Far-Out Station.
