We're (so) back is a meme phrase said when a previous event perceived as bad seems to have taken a turn for the better; it is commonly said after it's (so) over. The phrases are popular within online streaming culture. In-universe, it refers to the end of Off the Hook's world tour and their return to Inkopolis Square.
