During the second day of Splatfests, the Squid Sisters perform this song on top of two trucks in Inkopolis Plaza. The lyrics of the song were written by Callie with the intent to convey how much better Inkopolis has become in the years since the original Splatoon.[1]

The booklet included with Splatune 3 gives the official lyrics for Tomorrow's Nostalgia Today. The lyrics are nonsensical; the Japanese hiragana and katakana simply give the pronunciation.
