Dialogue
- The same dialogue was used for the rematch, but due to the access to in-game data, all languages (as well as the losing team's victory dialogue) are available in that page's "Dialogue" section.
- In addition, the rematch added the Japan region to the Splatfest, so brand-new Japanese dialogue was added there as well.

Trivia
- Team Chicken marks the first time a solid white ink color was used in North America and Europe. Japan wouldn't see solid white ink until Team Hello Kitty in the first round of the Sanrio Splatfest Tournament.
- Near the end of the English and Spanish (Latin American) announcement dialogue, after a lengthy argument on the theoretical paradox of a chicken or egg coming first, Pearl and Maria begin laughing maniacally, after which Marina says "It's funny because we're all living in a simulation and free will is a lie." This is a reference to the philosphical topics of reality being a simulation and whether or not free will exists. The French version has Marina question if they are living in reality, however, she does not outright state they are in a simulation.
