Big Man is a character in Splatoon 3 and one of the three members of the band Deep Cut, alongside Shiver and Frye, with whom he co-hosts both Anarchy Splatcast, the news show of Splatsville, and Splatfests. He speaks by saying the word "ay," followed by a translation of what he is saying in brackets. His signature colors are grey and red.

Appearance

Big Man is a large dark-gray manta ray with white markings along his belly and on both sides of his pectoral fins. He stands on his cephalic fins like feet and his eyes and mouth are along the bottom of his body, giving him an anthropomorphic appearance.

He wears a red and white headdress where a regular manta ray's eyes and cephalic fins would be, which is tied to his head with a red rope between his eyes and mouth, giving him the appearance of the Kabuki character Nezumi Kozō wearing his hokkamuri tied around his nose.
