Cooler Heads is a headgear shop in Booyah Base run by Annie and Moe. It appears in Splatoon and Splatoon 3: Expansion Pass.
Description
Cooler Heads sells headgear that can be purchased with cash. There are six (Splatoon) or nine (Splatoon 3) unique headgear items at a time, which are randomly chosen among eligible items, can only bought once per day, and cycle at midnight according to the system clock (Splatoon) or UTC (Splatoon 2 and 3). In Splatoon 3, Cooler Heads shares its daily stock with Naut Couture: purchasing an item in one of the headgear shops will remove it from the other.
The availability of shop gear is based on the player's level. In Splatoon 3, gear items exclusive to the catalog need to be obtained from it before they start appearing in Cooler Heads.
