The Heavy Edit Splatling is a main weapon first introduced in Splatoon 3, produced by Nouveau.
Appearance
The Heavy Edit Splatling's inspiration seems to be correction fluid, such as Wite-Out.
- The firing nozzles look like the tips of a correction fluid pen.
- Its ink canister seems to be based off of a bottle of correction fluid.
- It also has a plastic-like shield which looks like the dispensing end of a roll of correction tape.
- Its name in a few languages also alludes to its inspiration, as a heavy edit, or correction would need covering with correction fluid.
