Splatoon 3
The Painbrush was revealed on 16 May 2023 in the Sizzle Season 2023 trailer.[1] Nintendo has not yet revealed the weapon in a dedicated post on their Twitter, nor have they revealed any part of it’s kit at the present time.
It rolls with a speed comparable to the Octobrush and also has more range than the Octobrush. Though, unlike other brushes, which typically fling ink in a wide area, the Painbrush spreads ink in a much more narrow field, straight ahead of the user, similar to the Splatana's horizontal slash. It takes at least 3 ranged hits to splat an opponent.
