The Nautilus 47 is an upcoming main weapon in Splatoon 2. It is a splatling-type weapon that can store its charge.

The weapon is a relatively short ranged Splatling weapon with range slightly longer than the S2 Weapon Main Mini Splatling.png Mini Splatling. The weapon boasts a charge time roughly the same as the S2 Weapon Main Heavy Splatling.png Heavy Splatling. However the weapon comes with the ability to swim in ink and hold its full and partial charges much like the S2 Weapon Main Goo Tuber.png Goo Tuber. Two features the Nautilus 47 shares with the S2 Weapon Main Ballpoint Splatling.png Ballpoint Splatling is its ability to begin recharging while firing and its locked range value however unlike the Ballpoint Splatling, Nautilus only has one firing mode.
